Do I need a discount code?
No. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
During the sale period, please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch. Once dispatched, standard delivery applies (3–7 business days). Express shipping is also available at checkout, please note express shipping refers to the method of shipping and not order of dispatch. All orders will be dispatched in order of when the order was received.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping on all orders over $120.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Free Gift
What's the free gift?
Spend over $80 and receive a free Ola Wash Bag with your order. Available for the first 500 orders only. After that, a free mystery gift for orders over $80 while stocks last.
Will the free gift show in my cart?
Yes, it will automatically add to your cart when you reach the $80 threshold.
