The Sale
When does the sale start and end?
The EOFY sale runs from Tuesday 23 June at 12pm AEST to Sunday 29 June at midnight AEST.
What's included?
30% off sitewide — all styles, all colours. No exclusions.
Do I need a discount code?
No. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
Can I get early access?
Yes — The Circle members (All In and Committed tiers) get early access before the public launch. Check your email on Tuesday 23 June for your early access details.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
During the sale period, please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch. Once dispatched, standard delivery applies (3–7 business days). Express shipping is also available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over $120.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Free Gift
What's the free gift?
Spend over $80 and receive a free Ola Wash Bag with your order. Available for the first 500 orders only. After that, a free mystery gift auto-adds for orders over $80 while stocks last.
Will the free gift show in my cart?
Yes — it will automatically add to your cart when you reach the $80 threshold.
Returns
Can I return sale items?
No. All items purchased during the EOFY sale are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale purchases.

What if my item is faulty?
Faulty items are always covered. Email orders@olathelabel.com.au with photos and your order number.
I bought at full price. Can I still return?
