Returns Policy
30 day returns. No drama.
The basics
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and free from makeup, tan, pet hair, perfume or signs of wear. Store credit only, no expiry date, use it whenever.
Submit all returns through our Returns Portal. Once received and approved, your store credit will be issued via email within 5 business days. During sale periods processing may take a little longer.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your return is received.
What we can’t accept
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of wear
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items received outside the 30 day window
- Final sale items
- Orders with 40% or more discount applied
- Free gifts and promotional items
Faulty items are an exception to the above.
If a return is declined: you’ll have 48 hours to arrange for it to be sent back to you (shipping costs apply). If we haven't received a reply after 48 hours, it may be donated to one of our charity partners.
