What’s your return policy?
We offer store credit only on full price items. If your Ola piece isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping times depend on where you are:
Australia: 2-7 business days
New Zealand: 5-10 business days
US & International: 7-14 business days
Please note that during peak sales (like Black Friday), things may take a little longer, we promise it’s worth the wait.
How do I care for my Ola?
Cold gentle machine wash, no fabric softener, air dry. That's it. A wash bag gives them a little extra TLC and last longer.
