Ordered during the EOFY sale and it’s not quite the perfect fit?

You have 14 days from delivery to send eligible items back for store credit.

Store credit never expires, so there’s no rush to spend it. Use it whenever something catches your eye.

A few things to know

Returns are issued as store credit only. Your store credit will be issued for the sale price paid and can be used whenever you like.

Due to the fast-moving nature of sale stock, we’re unable to offer exchanges or direct swaps.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we can’t be held liable for lost or stolen parcels.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Underwear cannot be returned for change of mind due to hygiene reasons. Please try one pair on over your own underwear before opening the rest.

Something not right with your order?

If your item arrives faulty or we’ve sent the wrong thing, that’s on us.

Email orders@olathelabel.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it properly with a refund or replacement.
