I put in a big order. The regular crops and lace briefs are great. The high cut 78% Nylon 22% Spandex briefs are not body inclusive.
They are not high waist as pictured, they barely go to my belly button and roll down, making them unwearable.
Ola has refused to refund the high waist underwear.

Love that you’re vibing with the crops and lace, same here.
Now, let’s clear the air: we offered to send you a better-fitting size (based on what you told us), and we said you could return any unworn pairs. But returning worn undies? That’s a hard no from us.

We don’t do refunds for worn underwear and honestly, would you want us to?!
