If in doubt we generally recommend sizing down for a firm fit to start with — our signature Nylon / Spandex Material is designed to stretch & move with your body.
Please note that our Black, Cream Tan & Macchiato Colour ways have a slightly different feel to our newer colours, this doesn't affect the wear of the product however the newer colours may feel slightly firmer & a little more supportive.
