AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of $10 for all standard post domestic orders. Express post is $15 and optional, Express Post refers to the method of shipping and not the order in which your order is packed.

We use Australia Post, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. 

Free Shipping is valid for orders within Australia & NZ that total $120 or more.
Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped by Standard Australia Post.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-5 business days for your products to be shipped from our warehouse once your order has been placed, this includes Express Post orders. We do not ship on weekends or Public Holidays. If you have not received your order after 15 business days please contact us to follow up. During peak periods such as new product launches, sales, restocks and public holidays please expect delays to shipping as we work through your orders as quick as we can! Please note we do our best to get your order to you ASAP however once it is with Australia Post there is little we can do to speed it up.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. All products are sent from our Ola HQ on the Central Coast of NSW using Standard International Post or DHL, with tracking provided.

Please note: international orders may attract duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These costs are not included in your order total and must be paid by you upon delivery.

If customs fees are unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, your refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping or customs charges we’re billed for. If the courier abandons or destroys the parcel due to non-payment of customs fees, no refund will be issued.

To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you agree to these international shipping terms.

We try to keep things as sustainable as possible, to do this we keep our packaging to a minimum & we use biodegradable packaging that you can replant or recycle.

Please note at present our warehouse doesn't dispatch orders on Monday or Wednesday's.
