Ola EOFY/Mid Year Sale Terms and Conditions

Sale Policies:

  • No Order Changes: Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. 
  • Returns: Items purchased in our EOFY/Mid Year Sale can't be returned for store credit via our normal returns portal. But don't worry, you can still exchange for a different size of the same style; subject to stock availability. Just shoot us an email at orders@olathelabel.com.au, and we'll help you out. Please note, you'll just need to cover the postage. 
  • Free Shipping:  Free Standard post is available on all orders over $150 AUD.

Stock and Oversold Items:

  • Stock Limitations: Due to high demand, some items may sell out quickly.
    If an item you've ordered is out of stock or oversold, you will receive a full refund for that item to your original payment method.
  • Notification of Unavailable Items: We aim to notify you within 3 business days if any items in your order are unavailable. The rest of your order will be shipped as planned.


  • Dynamic Pricing: Prices may fluctuate during the sale. The price at the time of purchase is final. Price adjustments for previously purchased items are not available if prices change.

Shipping and Dispatch Delays:

  • Dispatch Delays: Expect delays of 1-2 weeks from our normal amazing shipping times with your order being dispatched due to high order volumes. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please keep in mind express post refers to the method of shipping only.
  • Carrier Delays: Delivery times may be extended due to carrier delays, which are beyond our control. Please allow additional time for delivery, especially during peak periods.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • Order Modifications: We cannot split, change, add to, or cancel orders once placed.
