We’re here to deliver ultra-comfy, high-quality pieces that make you feel amazing. While our standard returns policy applies to full-priced items only ; discounted items from our Boxing Day sale are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Our Promise

We’re committed to ensuring you feel fabulous in Ola. Here’s how our regular returns policy works for full-priced items only:

  • Not Quite Right?
    Try your pieces on, and if they’re not perfect, return them in their original condition, including swing tags and packaging. Head to our online returns portal, and once we receive your return, we’ll issue you a store credit.

  • Bundle Packs:
    If you’re new to Ola and grabbed a bundle, try one pair first! If it’s not love, return the unworn pairs. Reminder: Test-drive our gear over your own undies for hygienic reasons when considering a return.


Easy Returns for Full-Priced Items

  • Returns are for store credit only and must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Use our online returns portal for easy instructions. Once received and checked, we’ll email your store credit (allow up to 5 business days for processing).
  • Items not meeting our returns standards will be returned at your expense.

During peak sale periods, including Boxing Day, processing returns may take longer—we appreciate your patience while we focus on getting your orders out quickly!

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable delivery method, as we’re not liable for lost packages.


Boxing Day Sale Policy

  • Discounted Items: All items purchased during our Boxing Day Sale are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • This policy is specific to sale items and does not apply to full-priced products.

What If It’s Faulty?

We’ve got you covered. If you receive a faulty item, email us at orders@olathelabel.com.au with photos of the issue, and we’ll fix it up for you.
