AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Standard Post: $10 flat rate for all domestic orders.

Express Post: $12 (optional).

Free Shipping: Spend $120 or more within Australia and enjoy free Standard Post automatically applied at checkout.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking so you can follow your order from our HQ to your door.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
- Standard Post: $12 (7-25 business days).
- Express Post: $16 (5-10 business days).
REST OF THE WORLD
- Economy Air Postage: $20 (7-25 business days).
SHIPPING POLICY
- Dispatch Times: Standard orders are processed within 2-5 business days under normal conditions. However, during sale periods, allow an additional 2-week delay due to increased demand and holiday closures.
- No Shipping on Weekends or Public Holidays: Orders are shipped on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
If you have not received your order within 15 business days (Australia) or 25 business days (International) of shipping, contact us for assistance.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Orders are shipped using International Post or DHL, depending on your location.
- Duties or import fees may apply and are not included in the shipping cost.
